2nd Annual Photo Walk Set for October 15, 2011
The forecast promises a sunny, warm day for the 2nd Annual Lee's Summit Photo Walk on Saturday, October 15, 2011. Grab a camera and join us from 10:00 a.m. until Noon for a 2-hour stroll sure to delight casual and serious photographers. This free event gives people who love a good walk and photographers of all ages and abilities to share the experience. In 2010, walkers ranged from 3 years old to 60+.
Take as many pictures as you like during the 2-hour stroll through the Farmers' Market, downtown Lee's Summit and some of its charming neighborhoods. Varied structures and perspectives will give photographers of all ages and skill levels fresh perspectives to capture.
The Lee's Summit Photo Walk is free! Volunteers and donors make all the fun possible. The number of walkers is limited, so advance registration is strongly recommended.
